As a Commissioning Services Engineer, William works closely with our clients and other Commissioning team members to develop and execute project specific Pre-Functional Checklists, Commissioning Specifications, Commissioning Plans, and Functional Performance Tests. William will be involved in the commissioning process throughout the design, construction, and acceptance phases.
